We are in search of a Logistics Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in overseeing all aspects of operational processes within the company, with a focus on logistics, inventory management, and transportation coordination.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Ensure accurate and timely recording of all inventory movements within the ERP system;
• Monitor and control inventory levels across multiple warehouse locations, optimizing for cost-efficiency and minimizing excess stock and carrying costs;
• Support the ongoing maintenance and improvement of the ERP inventory module, including stock control and movement processes;
• Develop, update, and maintain logistics and inventory process documentation to ensure compliance with internal policies and operational best practices;
• Proactively identify and report low stock or out-of-stock situations to relevant stakeholders to ensure timely replenishment;
• Create and maintain transportation orders, ensuring effective communication with suppliers, carriers, and internal departments.
• Prepare and manage all required transportation documentation (e.g., packing lists, delivery notes, transport guides), ensuring compliance with legal and company standards;
• Analyze key logistics KPIs (e.g., delivery performance, freight costs) to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions;
• Collaborate cross-functionally with procurement, production, warehousing, and customer service teams to ensure smooth and efficient logistics operations.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• Good level of English and Portuguese; other languages are a plus;
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management, or a related field;
• 3+ years of experience in Shipping, Logistics, Transportation Management, or Supply Chain;
• Proficient in logistics and inventory management software;
• Analytical, methodical, and process-oriented;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment;
• Good communication, team collaboration, and organizational skills;
• Advanced problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail;
• Proactive, always looking to improve established processes and collaborating with other teams to find new improvement possibilities.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Experience with Odoo is a big plus;
• Experience in inventory management within multiple locations;
• Experience in freight forwarding, customs clearance and incoterms. Knowledge of regulations and compliance requirements
• Experience with implementing and maintaining ERP.
