We are in search of a Technician Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the maintenance team.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Recruit, supervise and lead technical teams for optimal performance;
• Develop and implement technical procedures, protocols, and policies to ensure compliance with safety regulations, company standards and maintenance processes;
• Coordinate with other departments to support technical needs;
• Provide technical guidance and support to team members;
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including environmental, health & safety, and labor laws, and work with management to address and resolve issues as they arise;
• Collect data, put in place KPIs and related dashboards related to technician and maintenance performance;
• Work closely with maintenance support team and train technician on the correct usage of CMMS / GMAO system.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Fluent in French & English;
• Strong technical background in electromechanics, electronics, or a related field;
• Good communication skills for both team coordination and cross-department collaboration;
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations and operational standards;
• Comfortable working with reporting tools and maintenance systems (e.g. CMMS, ticketing platforms);
• Ability to train, coach, and develop technical staff.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Experience in fast-scaling environments or startup operations;
• Data-driven mindset and ability to track KPIs and performance metrics.
