HR Operations Specialist

We are in search of a HR Operations Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in supporting our HR team, ensuring our team’s happiness and ensuring that HR processes flow seamlessly and effectively.
This role will be hired through a 1-year contract, with the possibility of becoming permanent after that period.
What you’ll be doing:
- Administer and maintain the HR Information System (HRIS), guaranteeing data integrity and facilitating data-driven decisions;
- Handle the full employee lifecycle and act as a point of contact for day-to-day questions from employees;
- Collaborate with the Finance team on payroll and with the Legal team on HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws;
- Assure that we have top employee benefits, addressing queries, and liaising with vendors;
- Identify training and developmental needs, then source and implement the best training programs for our employees;
- Organize, maintain, and create new documentation on company platforms;
- Research external insights and benchmark HR trends to suggest innovative projects and best practices to implement;
- Assist in organizing internal events, such as global meetings and team-building activities.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Native proficiency in Portuguese with great English communication skills;
- Experience in a transversal HR role on a fast-paced environment;
- Familiarity with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and a good understanding of labor law and HR best practices;
- Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously;
- High ability to assist diverse profiles with consistent care and respect, characterized by a strong sense of empathy;
- Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with different stakeholders;
- A proactive approach to work, with the ability to assist in a variety of HR functions.
It would be great if you would also have:
- Understanding of French, Spanish, Italian, German or Dutch language will be a plus
