We are in search of an Asset Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our smart lockers and other assets, from production to deployment and maintenance, enhancing traceability and performance throughout their operational life in all the markets.

By joining the Deployment & Maintenance Central team you will support business growth and drive compliance through strategic planning and resource management.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Manage asset tracking and ERP data by performing regular data cleaning, validation, and correcting inconsistencies in asset records ;
• Ensure compliance with ERP processes by monitoring adherence to deployment and maintenance standards and escalating deviations when necessary ;
• Oversee audit processes by coordinating with Country Teams and maintaining accurate and up-to-date asset records ;
• Monitor inventory and asset lifecycle by analyzing stock levels, usage trends, and performance to support resource planning and demand forecasting ;
• Prepare and deliver reporting on inventory performance, asset utilization, and variances to support decision-making ;
• Develop and deliver training by creating user guides, best practices, and training materials, and by ensuring effective knowledge transfer to internal and external stakeholders ;
• Provide user support as the first point of contact for ERP-related process issues and recommend process improvements to optimize asset lifecycle management.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Management, Logistics, or a related field ;
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, supply chain, or a similar role, preferably in a technical, logistics, or industrial environment ;
• Proficient in planning tools and reporting platforms, logistics and inventory management software ;
• Analytical, methodical, process-oriented with excellent attention to detail ;
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills ;
• Good communication and collaboration skills;
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and continuously improving environment;

It would be great if you would also have:

• Previous experience in a start-up or fast-growing environment ;
• Experience with Odoo and AirTable is a big plus ;
• Experience in planning resources within multiple locations ;
• Familiarity with deployment and maintenance operations in the industrial sector.
