Technician Supervisor

We are expanding quickly and looking for a Technicians Supervisor to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our growth in the UK and laying the foundation for our local development.
What you’ll be doing
• Execute routine maintenance and repairs on smart locker systems to ensure optimal performance.• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing both on-site and remote support.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and parts inventory.
• Conduct inspections and equipment testing to identify and address issues proactively.
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to reduce downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
• Provide technical training and support to team members and clients for proper use and maintenance.
• Assist in developing and documenting maintenance procedures and best practices.
• Execute technical site surveys prior to installation, evaluating eligibility and adaptations required.
• Search for potential maintenance vendors in the assigned area.
• Train, coordinate, and manage vendors to perform maintenance in line with agreed SLAs.
What you’ll bring to the table
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally with products that have network effects.
• Previous experience as a technician is a plus.
• Technical diploma or equivalent vocational training.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills for complex technical issues.
• Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment.
• Analytical skills with experience in data analytics and reporting (Excel or Google Sheets).
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience coordinating with contractors and managing maintenance projects.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a proactive and flexible approach.
• Experience leading and coaching a team of skilled technicians.
