We are in search of an Industrialization Intern to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll support the Industrialization team in optimizing product manufacturing processes and ensuring smooth transitions from design to production

What you’ll be doing: 

• Support the Industrialization team in the development and improvement of production processes;

• Assist in creating and interpreting technical drawings and documentation;

• Learn and apply CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for basic tasks;

• Collect and analyze production data using Excel to identify opportunities for efficiency improvements;

• Participate in Lean and Kaizen initiatives to improve workflow and product quality;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth industrialization of new products;

• Support day-to-day operational tasks and project-based activities as needed.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• Currently enrolled in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrotechnical Engineering, or a similar field;

• Basic knowledge of technical drawing and manufacturing processes;

• Interest or experience in CAD tools (SolidWorks, AutoCAD);

• Good Excel skills and an analytical mindset;

• Strong communication and teamwork skills;

• Technical English proficiency;

• Proactive, attentive to detail, and eager to learn.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, or continuous improvement methodologies;

• Prior exposure to industrialization or manufacturing environments.
