Software Project Manager

We are searching for Project Manager, focused on customer projects to join our innovative team as new #bloqstars. This role will play a crucial role in ensuring that the customer requirements are delivered on time and on quality.
What you’ll be doing
- Lead software projects from design through market launch, collaborating with engineering, product managers, and head of program
- Identify possible solutions how complex 3rd party systems can be integrated into our ecosystem, together with the customer and product teams
- Identify and manage the right resources to deliver a successful product to the customer
- Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, tracking dependencies, and managing stakeholders
- Establish and apply a governance framework for decision-making and performance tracking using success metrics
- Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure successful delivery by facilitating the resolution of blockers
- Maintain budgets, track expenses, and ensure financial targets are met
- Monitor and report on project progress and deliverables
- Agree with stakeholders and guarantee to meet SLAs and SLOs.
- Identify and transform customer requirements into deliverables
What you’ll bring to the table
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in software project management, including managing significant cross-functional projects using industry-standard software development methodologies
- Experience operating at scale with global teams and products in fast-growing consumer markets
- Proficiency in project management tools and software (ie: Confluence, Jira, Notion)
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous and changing business requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in EnglishPMP, PgMP, or Agile certification is a plus.
It would be great if you would also have:
- Experience in products combining both hardware and software
- Experience in project management within the logistics industry
- Experience in B2B enterprise products
