Business Development Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for selling enterprise solutions spanning hardware, software and related services to large organizations, building and nurturing strong customer relationships, and representing the company within a designated territory. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, strong communication skills, and a deep understanding of what it takes to succeed during long and complex sales cycles.
What you’ll be doing:
Achieve or exceed individual sales quotas by identifying and closing opportunities within assigned accounts or territories;
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan that aligns with the company’s objectives and revenue goals;
Identify customer needs, present tailored solutions, and negotiate contracts effectively;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations;
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, providing insights, addressing concerns, and ensuring satisfaction with the company’s solutions;
Regularly meet with customers to assess their evolving needs and identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities;
Research and identify new business opportunities within your territory, including emerging trends, market segments, and competitive landscapes;
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective customers through networking, cold outreach, and referrals;
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to build brand awareness and generate leads;
Partner with internal teams, including business development, product, marketing, and customer success, to ensure seamless customer experiences;
Provide regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and updates to the Head of Business Development;
Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales processes and strategies.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus);
Proven track record of successfully selling enterprise solutions to large organizations;
5+ years of experience in B2B sales in the Courier Express Parcel and/or Postal Last Mile industries;
Local market language and English fluency are a must;
Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills;
Ability to build and maintain relationships at all organizational levels;
Strong negotiation and contract management skills;
Results-oriented with a proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets;
Proficiency in CRM tools.
