We are in search of a Financial Analyst to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a crucial role in our finance team, leveraging analytical skills and digital proficiency to streamline processes and enhance financial decision-making.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Conduct in-depth analysis of various revenue streams (sales, deployments, maintenance) exploring different variations and scenarios;

• Lead efforts in organizing and structuring financial data for optimal analysis and reporting and collaborate with different stakeholders on managing these processes (salaries, expenses, general accounting);

• Automate and simplify billing flows to improve accuracy, completeness and speed in financial transaction, in cooperation with other departments (logistics, D&M, sales) and external partners;

• Develop financial dashboards to provide real-time insights for informed decision-making in ERP;

• Take ownership in processes within the ERP and propose improvements to streamline efficiency and agility;

• Analyze and assess costs to identify opportunities for optimization and cost-saving measures, collaborate with controlling;

• Play a crucial role in cash flow analysis, providing insights and recommendations for strategic financial planning;

• Be engaged in treasury functions (e.g., payments, confirming, factoring, bank relationships, etc.)
  

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• Minimum of  2  years of experience in Finance;

• Previous experience working in Treasury and Banking functions is highly beneficial;

• Strong analytical abilities to perform different variations and scenarios related to revenue streams and cost analysis;

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including PivotTables, to support data-driven decision making;

• Proficiency in digital tools and a keen interest in leveraging technology to enhance financial processes;

• Familiarity with ERP systems (Odoo) and the ability to expedite their implementation from a financial perspective;

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with senior team members and present financial insights;

• Basic knowledge of the accounting and finance function in companies (e.g., bookkeeping, VAT, payments, invoicing);

• A proactive and solution-oriented approach to address challenges and optimize financial operations;

• Fluent in English and Portuguese, other languages would be a plus.
