We are now in search of a Strategy and Corporate Development Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Responsible for fostering relationships with external partners and stakeholders to drive business development;

• Own the material preparation for the C-suite, board, and investors in order to drive strategic decisions;

• Contribute to strategic decision-making by analyzing market dynamics and uncovering growth opportunities;

• Collaborate and own processes end-to-end including due diligence, strategic thesis / business case development, execution, & post deal integration;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align corporate strategies with overall business goals

• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of implemented strategies, making recommendations for adjustments as needed;

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• Minimum 5 years of experience in strategy or corporate development roles;

• Proven track record of strategic planning and execution in a fast-paced environment;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an ability to handle complex business challenges;

• Expertise in handling multiple requests from external and internal stakeholders effectively;

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder management;

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and thrive in a startup culture.
  

It would be great if you would also have:

• Experience in e-commerce, logistics, or retail industry;

• Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools;

• Creative thinking and an innovative approach to business strategy.
