We are in search of an IT Support to join our innovative team as new a #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless operation and optimization of our internal IT infrastructure.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Oversee the procurement, setup, maintenance, and management of staff laptops, smartphones, video-conferencing devices, and other essential tech equipment;

• Provide comprehensive IT support to all staff members for a variety of technical issues.Set up, maintain, and enhance the HQ network infrastructure;

• Develop and implement IT policies, guidelines, and user-friendly tutorials;

• Assess and introduce new SaaS tools and processes to optimize staff productivity;

• Ensure data security and compliance with IT best practices;

• Regularly review and update IT equipment and systems to meet the evolving needs of the team, including coordinating these efforts across all countries where the company operates, with the support of local partners. 

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• Proven track record in managing and supporting IT equipment across various operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux), including laptops, smartphones, and network devices;

• Strong skills in network setup, maintenance, and security, with experience in both local and multi-country environments;

• Demonstrated ability in developing IT policies, guidelines, and training materials that are effective and user-friendly;

• Skilled in evaluating, selecting, and deploying new equipment, SaaS, and local partners in different countries, along with the capability to supervise them effectively;

• Knowledge of data security standards and compliance with IT best practices;

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate with local partners internationally;

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.
