We are in search of a Delivery Manager to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. This person will be the connective tissue between our engineering, hardware, operations, and product teams - making sure complex, cross-functional initiatives actually ship on time and to spec. You won't just track tasks - you'll own the delivery rhythm of programs that span software, hardware, and field operations across multiple European markets.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Own end-to-end delivery of cross-functional programs spanning hardware, software, and operations teams - from planning through deployment;

• Drive alignment across engineering, product, operations, and field services to ensure shared timelines, dependencies, and blockers are visible and managed;

• Build and maintain delivery cadences (standups, planning sessions, retrospectives) tailored to the pace and complexity of each program;

• Identify risks early, escalate decisively, and work with stakeholders to unblock teams before timelines slip;

• Create and maintain clear, honest reporting on program status - no sugarcoating, no surprises;

• Manage trade-offs between scope, quality, and speed, ensuring the right conversations happen with the right people at the right time;

• Continuously improve how we plan and deliver - introducing lightweight processes that add clarity without adding bureaucracy;

• Coordinate across multiple countries and time zones, ensuring distributed teams stay in sync.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• 5+ years of experience in delivery management, technical project management, or program management roles - ideally in a company that builds and ships physical + digital products;

• Proven ability to coordinate complex programs with multiple engineering teams, external dependencies, and tight deadlines;

• Strong understanding of software development processes (Agile, Scrum, Kanban - whatever actually works, not just textbook frameworks);

• Excellent communication skills - you can translate between engineering-speak, business priorities, and operational realities without losing anyone;

• A bias for action and clarity - you'd rather surface a problem early than hide it in a status report;

• Experience working in fast-scaling environments where processes are still being built.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Experience in companies that combine hardware manufacturing with software delivery (IoT, logistics tech, industrial tech, etc.);

• Familiarity with multi-country operations and the complexity of coordinating across European markets;

• Background in logistics, last-mile delivery, or supply chain technology;

• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar project management platforms at scale;

• A knack for building trust across teams that don't naturally talk to each other.
