We are in search of a Program Operations Lead to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. This person will drive the operational backbone of our most critical programs - the ones that sit at the intersection of product development, manufacturing, deployment, and customer delivery. You'll make sure that what we design, build, and ship actually comes together on time, across teams, across countries, and at scale.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Own the planning, execution, and delivery of cross-functional programs that span product, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and field operations;

• Build and maintain integrated program plans that connect upstream decisions (product specs, manufacturing timelines, supplier commitments) with downstream execution (deployment schedules, SLA targets, customer go-lives);

• Drive operational readiness for new product launches and market expansions - making sure every team is aligned before we flip the switch;

• Identify and manage cross-team dependencies, risks, and bottlenecks - bringing structure and urgency where things tend to fall between the cracks;

• Establish clear reporting and governance for program milestones, ensuring leadership has honest, real-time visibility into progress and risks;

• Facilitate decision-making when programs hit trade-offs between cost, timeline, quality, and scope - framing the options clearly so the right people can decide fast;

• Work closely with country managers and regional teams to ensure program execution accounts for local operational realities;

• Drive post-launch reviews and continuous improvement - closing the feedback loop between what we planned and what actually happened in the field.
  

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• 5+ years of experience in program management, operations management, or technical operations - ideally in companies that manufacture and deploy physical products at scale;

• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-workstream programs with dependencies across engineering, supply chain, and field operations;

• Strong operational thinking - you understand manufacturing lead times, logistics constraints, and what it takes to go from prototype to thousands of units deployed;

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management - you can align a room of engineers, ops managers, and country leads around a shared plan;

• A bias for structure and clarity - you bring order to chaos without slowing things down;

• Comfort with ambiguity and imperfect information - you know when to push for more data and when to make the call and move.
  

It would be great if you would also have:

• Experience in hardware, IoT, logistics technology, or industrial tech - anywhere software meets physical operations;

• Background in multi-country operations, particularly across European markets;

• Experience coordinating manufacturing partners and understanding BOM-level decisions and their downstream impact;

• Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, SAP) and operational tooling;

• Experience in fast-growing scale-ups where processes are being built alongside execution;

• Understanding of SLA management and field service operations.
