We are in search of a Engineering Delivery Lead to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. This person will sit at the intersection of engineering and operations, driving the delivery of technical programs that span our software, IoT, and hardware teams. You'll ensure our engineering output translates into reliable, deployed products - not just shipped code, but working lockers in the field.

What you’ll be doing: 

• Lead the delivery of complex technical programs that cut across software engineering, IoT, hardware, and platform teams;

• Work directly with engineering leads and product managers to define delivery plans, manage dependencies, and hold teams accountable to commitments;

• Own the technical delivery cadence - sprint planning, cross-team syncs, release coordination, and post-mortems;

• Act as the primary escalation point for delivery risks, blockers, and cross-team conflicts - bringing structure to ambiguity;

• Drive release management and deployment coordination across software and firmware updates, ensuring smooth rollouts to thousands of devices in the field;

• Build visibility into engineering throughput, velocity, and delivery health through clear metrics and dashboards;

• Partner with operations and field services to close the loop between what engineering ships and what actually works in production;

• Champion process improvements that help engineering teams move faster without sacrificing quality or reliability.

What you’ll bring to the table: 

• 5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering delivery, or a similar role embedded within engineering organizations;

• Strong technical fluency - you don't need to write code, but you need to understand systems architecture, APIs, deployment pipelines, and firmware/software interactions well enough to ask the right questions;

• Proven track record of delivering complex, multi-team technical programs on time and with quality;

• Deep experience with Agile methodologies in practice (not just theory) and an ability to adapt process to context;

• Excellent stakeholder management - you can hold senior engineers accountable while maintaining trust and respect;

• Experience managing delivery across distributed teams and multiple time zones.

It would be great if you would also have:

• Experience in IoT, embedded systems, or companies where software meets hardware;

• Background in logistics technology, smart infrastructure, or industrial tech;

• Experience with release management for products deployed on physical devices at scale;

• Familiarity with monitoring, telemetry, and field-failure feedback loops;

• Experience building delivery processes from scratch in a scaling organization;

• Understanding of manufacturing timelines and how they interact with software release cycles.
