Works and Permit Specialist - Benelux & France

We are in search of a Works and Permit Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a key role in overseeing on-site operations for Benelux and France, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with safety and quality standards.
This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in the Netherlands.
What will be your responsibilities:
Survey and assess suitable sites for locker deployment, including technical considerations for slabbing, concrete, and electrical work;
Arrange deployments, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation;
Filling in essential data related to deployment, and ensuring its accuracy and integrity;
Coordinate with clients, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their needs;
Build up a team specialized in works, including recruitment and training of skilled workers;
Compliance with legal and customer requirements, with continuous improvement and innovation in mind;
Work directly with the directors of Benelux Operations and French Deployment on various operations and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
What are the requirements to join us in this position:
Fluency in both French & Dutch;
Experience on construction sites (concrete/electrical);
Basic knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations;
Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills;
Strong interpersonal skills in managing partners and clients;
Team spirit.
Extra valued skills:
Project management experience;
Experience in a start-up environment.
