We are in search of a Works and Permit Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll play a key role in overseeing on-site operations for Benelux and France, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget and in accordance with safety and quality standards.

This is a 6-month fixed-term contract, based in the Netherlands.

What will be your responsibilities:

• Survey and assess suitable sites for locker deployment, including technical considerations for slabbing, concrete, and electrical work;

• Arrange deployments, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless implementation;

• Filling in essential data related to deployment, and ensuring its accuracy and integrity;

• Coordinate with clients, providing guidance and solutions tailored to their needs;

• Build up a team specialized in works, including recruitment and training of skilled workers;

• Compliance with legal and customer requirements, with continuous improvement and innovation in mind;

• Work directly with the directors of Benelux Operations and French Deployment on various operations and other ad-hoc tasks as needed.
  

What are the requirements to join us in this position:

• Fluency in both French & Dutch;

• Experience on construction sites (concrete/electrical);

• Basic knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) regulations;

• Proactive mindset and problem-solving skills;

• Strong interpersonal skills in managing partners and clients;

• Team spirit.
  

Extra valued skills:

• Project management experience;

• Experience in a start-up environment.
