We are building the foundations of our Total Rewards function and we are looking for a Compensation & Benefits Expert to lead two of our most strategic projects: the work on our company-wide compensation philosophy and the construction of a clear, scalable job architecture.
This is a rare opportunity to build, not maintain. You will translate our values and growth ambitions into pay principles, salary structures, and career frameworks that work consistently across every country we operate in.
What you’ll be doing:
Partner with the Head of People to design and implement a global compensation philosophy aligned with business goals, culture, and talent strategy;
Define and document compensation principles across pay competitiveness, internal equity, performance differentiation, transparency, and total rewards mix;
Build and maintain a scalable global job architecture, including job families, career tracks, leveling frameworks, and salary structures;
Develop clear, consistent level descriptors and map existing roles into the new framework while managing exceptions and transition processes transparently;
Conduct compensation benchmarking using leading market data sources (e.g., Mercer, Radford, WTW, Aon, Payscale) to inform pay positioning and salary ranges;
Partner across multiple countries to ensure compensation and benefits programs remain competitive, compliant, and locally relevant while supporting global consistency;
Lead annual compensation cycles across geographies, including merit reviews, promotions, equity refreshes, and compensation planning;
Advise leaders and People Business Partners on offers, retention strategies, internal mobility, and senior-level hiring decisions with data-driven recommendations.
What you’ll bring to the table:
3-5 years in Compensation & Benefits, Total Rewards, or Reward Consulting, including hands-on ownership of a comp philosophy and/or job architecture project;
Proven experience operating across multiple countries, ideally a mix of EU markets, with exposure to UK and/or US a plus;
Experience in a scaling environment (scale-up, growth-stage, or transformation context) is strongly preferred.
