Regional Supply Chain Specialist

We are in search of a Regional Supply Chain Specialist to join our innovative team as our new #bloqstar. In this role, you'll act as the primary Supply Chain point of contact for regional/local Operations in the markets you are involved in.
In this role, you'll play a crucial role in executing the regional/local supply chain strategy by ensuring the operational availability of assets, spare parts, and deployment kits while acting as the interface between Operations and the Central Supply Chain organization. You will coordinate local logistics activities, manage exceptions, and maintain inventory accuracy to support deployment and maintenance activities.
Fair warning: we're scaling fast and the data and reporting capabilities are scaling with us. You'll often need to pull from multiple systems and build the picture yourself before you can analyse it. If you need everything pre-structured to do good work, this isn't the role.
What you’ll be doing:
Monitor local inventory levels of assets, spare parts and deployment kits and guarantee inventory accuracy across local warehouses and 3PLs Control inbound/outbound flows;
Evaluate replenishment points and execute orders for spare parts and deployment kits to the central team;
Execute and support local cycle counts and inventory adjustments;
Manage local exception, shortages and prioritize those orders according to business needs;
Coordinate recovery plans with the Central Logistics and Operations Planning Central team;
Monitor 3PL performance against SLAs and KPIs;
Execute and coordinate local stock transfers in ERP system;
Handle/Book domestic transportation/shipment activities when required;
Keep close relation with partners local warehouses;
Monthly audits to local warehouses to validate stock accuracy;
Coordinate with local logistics providers.
What you’ll bring to the table:
Fluent in English and other languages would be a plus;
Bachelor/Master´s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Industrial Management or a related field;
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics and Warehouse Operations;
Availability for 10-15% time travelling to your markets and local warehouses;
Experience working with 3PL partners with several warehouses spread across Europe and understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes;
ERP proficient (Odoo ideally), inventory transaction management and advanced Google sheets/Excel;
Understanding demand, supply plans and interpret stock targets;
Good communication, team collaboration and organizational skills;
Analytical, methodical, process oriented and Advanced problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail and to find the root cause;
Ability to work in a fast.paced environment with a proactive attitude, always looking to improve established processes and collaborating with other teams to find new improvement possibilities.
It would be great if you would also have:
Experience with Odoo (ERP) is a big plus;
Experience in inventory management and analysis within multiple locations;
Experience in a supply chain supported by 3PL and D&M Partners.
